Description

The Hoshizaki C-103 is a countertop electric ice crusher for bars, restaurants, hotels and café service stations, capable of crushing ice at 3 kg per minute into finely crushed output ready for cocktails, blended drinks and food presentation. Running on a standard 230 V supply and drawing just 0.15 kW, it fits neatly on any work surface without dedicated electrical infrastructure.

The unit accepts hollow ice cones, full ice cones and full square-sized ice cubes — provided the ice is not deep-frozen — and collects crushed ice in a food-safe plastic tray with a 1 kg holding capacity. The polished stainless steel casing withstands the demands of a busy service environment and is straightforward to wipe down between uses.
