Description
Description
The Hobart PROFI GCP-10A is an undercounter glasswasher for bars, restaurants, hotels and cafés, capable of washing up to 960 glasses per hour across 48 racks — all within a compact 705 mm installation height that fits neatly beneath standard counter runs. Operating at 4.9 kW on a 400 V / 50 Hz supply (field-switchable to 230 V), it delivers consistent results through 7 selectable programmes with as little as 1.9 litres of water per standard cycle.
Operator convenience is built in at every level. The VISIOTRONIC-TOUCH colour touchscreen makes programme selection a single-button action and shows remaining cycle time at a glance. CLIP-IN wash and rinse arms detach one-handed without tools for fast cleaning, while the VAPOSTOP system contains vapour when the door opens — protecting staff and keeping the bar environment comfortable. Integrated detergent and rinse-aid dosing pumps, a drain pump and an anti-siphon backflow preventer mean the machine arrives fully pre-plumbed and ready to connect.
For operations that need spot-free results or have hard water, an optional integrated reverse osmosis module (GCPROI-10A/10B) or standalone softener can be added. The WASHSMART app gives managers remote visibility of machine status, hygiene data, usage costs and consumables ordering — making the GCP-10A a practical choice for any high-volume glass service operation.
