Description

The Hobart PROFI GC-10A is an undercounter glasswasher for bars, restaurants, hotels and cafés, capable of washing up to 960 glasses per hour across 48 rack cycles. Built in Germany and rated at 4.9 kW, it fits into tight undercounter spaces at 460 × 590 × 705 mm and accepts glasses up to 315 mm tall in a 400 × 400 mm basket.

The VISIOTRONIC-TOUCH colour touchscreen delivers single-button cycle selection with a live countdown display, choosing from five programmes including a 75-second short cycle and a full hygiene cycle. Water consumption starts at just 1.9 L on the standard programme, and the GENIUS-X² fine filter system, CLIP-IN tool-free wash arms, and integral dosing pumps for detergent and rinse aid keep daily operation and cleaning fast. The front-loading door rides on a gas-filled shock absorber for smooth, controlled opening — a practical detail in fast-paced service environments.

With a 58 dB(A) noise rating and switchable supply voltage (400 V three-phase or 230 V single-phase), the GC-10A suits both new builds and retrofits where electrical flexibility matters. It is the right choice for high-volume bar and beverage operations that need reliable, consistent glass hygiene without sacrificing counter space.
