Hobart Undercounter Dishwasher XL PROFI FXL-10A, 40 Racks/h, 7.6 kW

The Hobart PROFI FXL-10A is a front-loading undercounter dishwasher with an XL wash chamber, designed for high-volume warewashing in restaurants, hotels, cafés and catering operations. Running at 7.6 kW on a standard 400 V / 3-phase supply, it delivers up to 40 racks per hour — equivalent to 720 plates or 1,440 glasses — while consuming just 2.0 litres of water per rack, making it one of the more resource-efficient machines in its class.

The VISIOTRONIC-TOUCH colour touchscreen gives operators six selectable wash cycles (90 s to 360 s plus special programmes) and shows remaining cycle time at a glance. Hobart's GENIUS-X² fine filter system with integrated prewash function reduces detergent consumption by up to 35%, lowering running costs over the lifetime of the machine. Connectivity comes built in: the integrated WiFi module and WASHSMART app allow remote monitoring and diagnostics, while a USB interface supports data export.

Built entirely from stainless steel 1.4301 — tank, frame, rinse arms and panels — the FXL-10A fits a standard 600 mm undercounter footprint and accepts GN 1/1 trays up to 600 × 400 mm inside its 425 mm-clearance chamber. Optional upgrades include an integrated water softener (FXLS variant), a reverse osmosis unit, and the 2IN1 double-rack system that can push throughput to 80 racks per hour, making the FXL-10A a scalable choice for operations that expect demand to grow.
