The Hobart PROFI FX-10A is an undercounter front-loading dishwasher for professional kitchens, rated at 40 racks per hour — or up to 80 racks per hour with the optional double-rack system — making it a practical choice for restaurants, cafés, hotels and catering operations with moderate to high dishwashing throughput. The entire tank, frame, rinse arms and panels are constructed from stainless steel 1.4301, and the machine ships fully equipped: fill hose, drain hose, power cord, detergent and rinse aid dispensers, rinse and drain pumps, and a back-flow preventer are all included for a straightforward installation.

Operation is handled by the SMARTRONIC single-button control system, which offers six automatic wash cycles — including AQUA-NEW water-exchange and STARCH-REMOVAL programmes — with colour-coded status indication and a remaining cycle-time display. The GENIUS-X fine filter with soil-sensing pre-wash can reduce detergent consumption by up to 30%, while an integrated WiFi module supports remote monitoring and diagnostics. Note that the PROFI FX-10A has been discontinued and superseded by Hobart's current FX/FXW generation; stock availability should be confirmed before ordering.
