The Helia 24 (model 2401) is a German-made electric pressure-chamber smoking and cooking oven for professional kitchens, capable of hot and cold smoking as well as grilling, braising, reheating, and defrosting — all within a compact, fully insulated sealed chamber running on a standard 230 V single-phase supply at just 1.5 kW. Built from double-walled stainless steel inside and out, it holds up to 24 small trout, 4 whole chickens, or 7 kg of roast in a single load.

A key advantage for restaurants, hotels, delis, and catering operations is that the sealed chamber design requires no extractor fan, ventilation hood, or smoke evacuation connection — the unit can be placed wherever a standard power outlet is available. Thermostatic temperature control with an automatic timer and front-panel switches keeps operation straightforward for any kitchen team. TÜV NORD GS, VDE, and CE certifications confirm compliance with German and European safety standards.
