Description

The Maxima Heavy Duty Wok Cooker is a single-burner gas wok stove for restaurants, hotels and catering kitchens cooking stir-fried vegetables, meat, fish or chicken quickly at high heat. The cast iron burner and Ø 28.5 cm cast iron cooking ring handle heavy loads, and a wide drip tray allows continuous cooking without stopping to empty it. A pilot light and a gas safety valve with thermocouple back up the burner, and the unit takes LPG or natural gas.

Total power is 14 kW, installed with G25 natural gas injectors and an additional set of G30 LPG injectors available. External dimensions are 400 x 700 x 380 mm and net weight is 20 kg. The cooking ring lifts out for cleaning, and this tabletop model can sit on a stainless steel base, ordered separately.
