Maxima Heavy Duty Griddle, Smooth, Double Unit, Electric

The Maxima Heavy Duty Griddle is a double-zone electric griddle, with two cooking zones side by side, for fast food outlets, restaurants and catering kitchens that need to grill quickly while keeping flavour and vitamins in the food. It has a smooth cooking plate for even browning of meat, fish, vegetables and eggs, made from 15 mm hardened stainless steel with a satin finish, set into a watertight recess with a fully welded top and no visible join. It runs on a 400 V electrical connection with a safety thermostat adjustable between 50 and 300 °C; the unit is supplied without a plug. It fits into a 700 mm deep cooking line and can also stand alone on a counter.

Connection 400 V, 9 kW. External dimensions 800 x 700 x 280 mm, net weight 40 kg. It is fitted with a 1.5 L drip tray and a stainless steel splashguard, and the housing is stainless steel throughout, so coarse residue can be scraped off and the rest wiped down with a damp cloth and a mild detergent.
