Description

The Hatco HW-FUL is a countertop heated food well (bain-marie warmer) for professional foodservice operations, drawing 2.8 kW at 230 V single phase to hold full-size 1/1 GN or three third-size pans at consistent serving temperature. Built in the USA and certified to cULus, ANSI/NSF 4, and CE standards, it suits buffet lines, hotel breakfast stations, cafeterias, and catering setups where reliable countertop holding is essential.

The unit runs in wet or dry mode, and an offset pan edge channels condensation away from the counter surface — a practical detail in high-traffic service environments. A dry-unit indicator light alerts staff to add water before the element is exposed, protecting the metal-sheathed heating element and reducing operator error. Optional pan support bars and a range of stainless steel food pan depths extend its flexibility to soups, sauces, and portioned hot dishes alike.
