Description
The Hatco IWRM-CD1-05 is a countertop daisy-chain induction warmer from the Palletti® series, designed to keep plated dishes and induction-compatible cookware at serving temperature on a buffet line, pass, or catering station. Running on 230 V single phase at just 0.5 kW per unit, it draws minimal power while maintaining consistent heat through a glass-ceramic worktop surface.
Built for flexible deployment, the IWRM-CD1-05 uses a 450 mm daisy-chain cord to link multiple units from a single outlet, letting operators extend a warming run without additional power connections. Pan Sense Technology (PST) activates the induction element only when a suitable pan is detected, preventing unnecessary energy use. Memory-retentive settings restore the last selected power level on startup — useful during busy service when consistency matters. The unit is CE certified and suited to restaurants, hotels, catering operations, and buffet setups requiring a compact, scalable warming solution.
