Description
The Hatco IWRM-CD1-05 is a countertop daisy-chain induction food warmer from the Palletti series, designed for buffet and food-holding applications in restaurants, hotels, catering operations, and café service stations. Running at 1.5 kW on a standard 230 V single-phase supply, each unit delivers precise, energy-efficient induction heating in a compact countertop footprint with a sleek black glass composite top.
This SKU supplies three individual IWRM-CD1-05 units — a ready-to-deploy daisy-chain set. Up to four units can be interconnected in a single daisy-chain run (EU/international variant), letting operators build a continuous heated buffet line without multiplying cable runs. Hatco's Pan Sense Technology ensures each zone activates only when a suitable pan is detected, and automatic shut-off guards against overheating — both important safety features for unattended service counters.
Digital controls with memory-retentive power levels mean staff can recover a set temperature quickly after a power cycle, reducing service interruptions during busy periods. UL and cUL certified for commercial cooking equipment.
