The Hatco IRNG-PB1-30 is a Rapide Cuisine® drop-in commercial induction range designed for built-in countertop installation, delivering 2.86 kW at 230 V single phase through a single Magnetic Power System induction coil. The compact footprint — 368 mm wide by 349 mm deep — fits flush into most prep counters with an optional trim ring, making it a practical choice for restaurants, hotels, and catering operations where space and hygiene standards are both priorities.

Precision control comes via a large rotary encoder with a TFT colour display, offering power mode (1–100), temperature mode adjustable in 1° increments, a timer up to 10 hours, and User Programmable Presets to lock in consistent results across service shifts. An included food temperature probe and Pan Sense Technology ensure the surface activates only with a compatible pan — accepting cookware from 102 mm up to 356 mm in diameter — while automatic overheat shut-off protects both the unit and the counter. A USB port supports firmware updates and additional operating modes as your kitchen workflow evolves.
