Drop-In Round Heated Well, 7 L, 800 W

The Hatco HWBHI-7QT is a drop-in round insulated heated well designed for holding hot soups, sauces and liquid foods at serving temperature in high-volume foodservice counters. Built in the USA from stainless steel and aluminized steel with full insulation, the 7-litre round well draws up to 800 W and maintains consistent heat via a metal-sheathed resistance element — keeping contents ready without scorching.

Control is straightforward: a remote thermostat combines a lighted ON/OFF rocker switch with a temperature dial, letting counter staff adjust holds without touching the well itself. The top-mounted drop-in design fits a standard counter cutout; installations on combustible countertops simply require Hatco's accessory mounting kit. The base HWBHI-7QT ships without a drain — operators needing one can specify the HWBHI-7QTD with a ¾" NPT drain instead. Certified to UL, cUL, UL-EPH (ANSI-NSF sanitary) and CE standards, it is well suited to restaurants, hotel buffet lines, cafeterias and catering operations running European 230 V supplies.
