Description
Description
The Hatco HWB-43 is a drop-in 4/3-size heated food well for buffet counters, serving lines and cafeteria installations, holding four 1/3-size GN pans at serving temperature using a 1.2 kW metal-sheathed heating element rated for both wet and dry operation. Built from heavy-gauge stainless steel and top-mounted via EZ locking hardware, it drops cleanly into a countertop cutout with a compact 346 × 727 mm footprint.
Temperature is managed by a self-adjusting thermostat with a lighted on/off rocker switch, keeping food at consistent heat without manual intervention. The heating element and thermostat are both accessible for on-site maintenance, and Hatco backs the unit with a 2-year warranty on the heating element plus 24/7 parts and service support. For operations that need drainage or automated water refill, the HWB-43D and HWB-43DA variants add a 3/4″ NPT drain fitting and optional auto-fill respectively. UL, cUL and NSF certified, the HWB-43 suits restaurants, hotels, catering operations and any high-volume serving environment requiring reliable drop-in food holding.
