The Hatco GRAL-xxD / GRAHL-xxD is a Glo-Ray® Dual Aluminum Infrared Strip Heater with Lights — a side-by-side dual-housing food warmer designed to cover deeper holding areas at pass-through stations, buffet lines, and carving stations in restaurants, hotels, and catering operations. Two strip heater housings are mounted together in a continuous clear-anodized aluminum body that spans 457 mm to 3658 mm (18″–144″) in 6-inch increments, giving operators precise coverage for any service counter length.
Tubular metal-sheathed infrared elements deliver consistent radiant heat, while integrated shatter-resistant incandescent lights (optional 40 W halogen for US/Canada) keep food visually appealing under service. Controls are available as a toggle or infinite switch — front, rear, or remote-mounted — and CE-approved variants support 220–240 V single-phase power for European installations. The 96-inch dual models (GRAL-96D / GRAHL-96D) feature tandem elements that can be individually controlled, adding flexibility for high-volume kitchens. UL, cUL, and NSF sanitation certifications confirm suitability for commercial food-holding use.
Mounting hardware, stand options, sneeze guards, and a range of designer color and gloss finishes allow the unit to integrate cleanly into front-of-house environments. A minimum order of 5 units applies.
