Description

The Hatco HWBI-S4 is a drop-in modular slim heated well for countertop or buffet-line installation, holding four full-size GN/hotel pans end-to-end and drawing 3.84 kW at 230 V single phase. Each compartment has its own metal-sheathed immersion heating element and individual temperature dial, giving serving staff precise, independent control over every pan position without interrupting adjacent wells.

The insulated well construction retains heat efficiently during extended service periods, while EZ Locking Hardware makes top-mounted drop-in installation straightforward. The base HWBI-S4 ships without a drain; operators requiring drainage can specify the -S4D or -S4DA variants. CE, cULus, and UL EPH Classified certifications confirm the unit meets European and North American safety standards — a practical choice for hotel buffets, restaurant serving lines, catering operations and institutional cafeterias that need reliable, ganged hot-holding across a slim 2 273 mm footprint.
