Description

The Hasaki Utility Knife HT82010B is a small Japanese-style knife with a 10 cm satin NITRO-B blade, single-bevel and sharpened on one side only. It suits light paring, trimming and general prep tasks in professional kitchens.

The blade is NITRO-B nitrogen stainless steel (1.4916) with a satin finish, delivering good corrosion resistance and a lasting edge. The black POM handle is dishwasher safe and gives a secure grip for close prep work. Each blade carries a laser-printed logo with the product code.

The same model is also made with a 12 cm blade, and the Hasaki range includes Deba, Yanagi Sashimi, Usuba and other knives finished in the same NITRO-B steel.
