The Rational 60.71.617 is a 1/1 GN grilling and roasting tray designed for use with Rational combi ovens, including the SelfCookingCenter and iCombi series. Its dual-sided construction gives kitchen teams genuine versatility: one side features raised ridges that imprint clean grill marks, while the reverse offers a flat surface with a surrounding rim to contain fat and cooking liquids during roasting or frying — two functions in a single tray that reduces the number of accessories in rotation.

The TriLax non-stick coating handles temperatures up to 300 °C and allows food to be placed directly onto a cold tray and still deliver consistent results, without pre-heating the pan. Cleaning is straightforward thanks to the same non-stick surface.
