The Tecnoroast Old 200 is a professional coal channel grill designed for cooking arrosticini and skewers (spiedini) over charcoal, built for high-volume HoReCa use at events, restaurants, and outdoor catering. Manufactured in Abruzzo, Italy — the home of arrosticini — it features the traditional canalina (channel) design: skewers rest across a 2-metre-long cooking channel directly above the charcoal bed, delivering even, radiant heat along the full length of the grill. The perforated internal charcoal grate promotes airflow and separates ash, keeping temperatures consistent throughout service.

Constructed from stainless steel 430, the Old 200 is built to withstand the rigours of professional outdoor use while remaining manageable at 20 kg. The unit ships without a rotation mechanism, giving operators full manual control — ideal for chefs who prefer hands-on cooking. For high-throughput operations, an optional automatic rotation motor (mains or battery-powered) can be purchased and retrofitted separately, making the Old 200 a flexible long-term investment for street food stands, event caterers, and specialist restaurants.
