Description
The Tecnoroast Old 100 is a manual charcoal channel grill (canalina) purpose-built for cooking arrosticini and spiedini, with a 1000 mm cooking channel that holds 60–70 skewers simultaneously. Made in Italy from 1.5 mm AISI 430 stainless steel, it is a lightweight, no-frills workhorse at just 8 kg — straightforward to move, clean and set up.
Designed for traditional charcoal cooking without any mechanical or electric drive, the Old 100 puts full heat control in the cook's hands. The removable side wall simplifies coal management and cleaning, while the four detachable stainless steel legs bring the grill to a comfortable standing working height. A coal grate is included.
Well suited to restaurants, street-food operations, catering events and outdoor kitchens where authentic skewer grilling over live charcoal is the focus — and where durability and easy maintenance matter as much as output.
