Motor-driven charcoal grill for arrosticini and skewers

View full details

Description

The Tecnoroast Grill 80 Single is an automatic coal rotisserie grill designed for continuous, high-volume cooking of arrosticini and skewers, holding up to 80 pieces in a single row at once. Made in Italy, it drives skewers at a steady 2 RPM via a low-draw electric motor, ensuring even charcoal cooking across the full 2,250 mm length of the grill with no manual turning required.

At just 3.5 W on standard 220–240 V mains power, running costs are negligible — and a 110 V version is also available for markets with different supply standards. For outdoor events or locations without a reliable power source, the unit supports an alternative "D" battery configuration, giving operators true flexibility. With 25 mm skewer spacing and a 115 mm channel depth, it is engineered specifically for the geometry of arrosticini sticks, making it the go-to choice for specialist arrosticini restaurants, street-food operators, catering companies and live-event kitchens that need consistent throughput over long service periods.
