Description
The Tecnoroast 60 Single is an automatic charcoal rotisserie grill purpose-built for cooking arrosticini and skewers at volume, holding up to 60 skewers in a single-line channel 115 mm deep. Made in Italy from AISI 430 stainless steel, it runs on a low-draw electric motor that rotates skewers at a steady 2 RPM over a live charcoal bed, while a perforated grate maintains airflow and an integrated ash compartment keeps the work area clean.
At 1750 mm long and just 250 mm wide, the Tecnoroast 60 Single fits comfortably on a service counter or alongside an existing grill station without dominating the pass. It operates on standard 220–240 V mains power, with 110 V and 3.5 V battery options available for outdoor events or markets — making it a practical choice for restaurants, hotel banquet kitchens, street-food catering and specialist grill concepts that need consistent, hands-free throughput on skewered meat.
