The Tecnoroast Grill Single 40 is an automatic charcoal skewer grill made in Italy, designed for continuous, hands-free cooking of up to 40 arrosticini or skewers at a time. A low-draw electric motor rotates all skewers simultaneously at 2 RPM over a live charcoal bed, delivering consistent, even cooking without manual turning — ideal for restaurants, steakhouses, street-food operations and catering kitchens that serve skewered meat at volume.
Built from 1.5 mm stainless steel, the unit features perforated side walls for natural airflow management and a separate lower chamber for coal feeding and ash collection, keeping service clean and uninterrupted. A built-in comb guide holds every skewer in precise alignment throughout the rotation cycle. The removable legs bring the grill to a comfortable standing work height, and the unit ships ready for standard 220–240 V mains supply, with 110 V and battery-powered options also available for flexible placement indoors or at outdoor events.
