Description

The Tecnoroast 20 Single is an automatic charcoal rotisserie grill for arrosticini and skewered meats, built in Italy from stainless steel and capable of cooking 20 skewers in just 5–7 minutes. An electric motor drives continuous skewer rotation through an adjustable toothed guide, delivering consistent char over live charcoal without manual turning — ideal for street-food stands, traditional restaurants, catering operations and live-fire kitchen concepts.

The unit stands 1000 mm high on removable legs and weighs 10 kg, making it practical for both permanent service counters and event setups. Three power variants are available — 220 V, 110 V, or battery — giving operators flexibility across different venue configurations. The all-stainless body withstands heavy daily use and cleans down quickly between services.
