Description
The Tecnoroast Grill 160 Double is a double-channel automatic charcoal grill for cooking skewers (arrosticini and spiedini), with a capacity of 160 pieces across its two independent braziers. Made in Italy from AISI 430 stainless steel, it runs on charcoal for authentic results and uses a patented electric rotation mechanism — drawing just 8 W — that continuously turns every skewer for consistent, hands-free cooking without constant staff attention.
The central motor is removable, making cleaning and maintenance straightforward, and a 3V battery-powered variant (TRD-160B) is available separately for outdoor or off-grid setups. Free-standing on stainless steel legs at 1,000 mm working height, the 160 Double is built for high-volume service in restaurants, catering operations, street-food venues and event catering where throughput and reliability on the grill station matter.
