The Lainox GN 1/1 Special Grill Grid is a GN 1/1-format cooking accessory for convection and combi ovens, designed to deliver high-heat grilling of meats, fish, and vegetables without a dedicated grill appliance. Built from Lainox's proprietary HTC3 multi-layer aluminium-based material, it reaches up to 300 °C and transfers heat rapidly and evenly across the cooking surface — producing grill-marked, properly seared results in as little as 8–12 minutes per cycle.

Each grid handles up to 15 portions of around 250 g, and up to 10 grids can run simultaneously in a 10-level oven — making this a practical high-volume solution for restaurant kitchens, hotel banqueting operations, and catering production lines. A triple-layer non-stick surface simplifies release and cleaning, while Lainox data indicates product weight loss up to 50% lower than rotisserie cooking, improving yield on every batch.

Compatible with Lainox combi ovens and other GN 1/1-compliant convection units, this grid slots into existing oven infrastructure and expands menu capability with no additional footprint.
