Description
The Rational Grill and Tandoori Skewer Frame is a 1/1 GN stainless steel accessory for combi ovens, designed to hold skewers at consistent spacing during high-heat cooking of meat, poultry, whole fish and fish fillets. Measuring 325 × 530 mm, it fits the standard GN 1/1 rack pitch of Rational SelfCookingCentre, CombiMaster, iCombi Pro and iCombi Classic ovens, slotting securely into an existing rack without additional hardware.
Built from high-grade stainless steel and fully dishwasher-safe, the frame is built for the demands of professional kitchens in restaurants, hotels and catering operations that run Rational combi ovens. Note that skewers are sold separately — this is the frame only.
