The Rational Grill and Tandoori Skewer Set is a 1/1 GN combi oven accessory for grilling meat, poultry, and whole fish or fillets in Rational combi ovens, comprising one skewer frame and five different skewers in a single 325 × 530 mm high-grade stainless steel set. Designed specifically for use with Rational SelfCookingCenter, iCombi, and CombiMaster units, it brings authentic skewer and tandoori cooking results directly out of your combi oven — no dedicated grill required.
The five interchangeable skewer types give kitchens the flexibility to handle varied menu items in a single cooking cycle, making this set well suited to restaurants, hotel kitchens, and catering operations that run Rational equipment and need reliable throughput on grilled dishes. The entire set is dishwasher safe, keeping cleaning time minimal during busy service.
