Description
The Rational Grill and Pizza Tray (1/1 GN, 325 × 530 mm) is a double-sided cast aluminium tray designed for combi oven cooking, rated to 300 °C and compatible with the Rational iCombi Classic and iCombi Pro. The flat side handles pizzas, tarte flambée, and flatbreads, while the ribbed side delivers char marks on vegetables, fish, and grilled proteins — one tray covering two distinct cooking tasks.
Cast aluminium construction provides even heat distribution, and the TriLax® three-layer non-stick coating ensures food release and simplifies cleaning. For best results, pre-heat the tray before loading food. At under 4 kg, it fits standard GN 1/1 rack positions and suits restaurants, hotel kitchens, and catering operations running high-volume Rational combi oven programmes.
