Description

The Maxima Griddle is a countertop electric griddle for fast food outlets, restaurants and catering kitchens that need to grill meat, fish and vegetables quickly while keeping their flavour and vitamins. It has a smooth plate for even browning of meat, fish, vegetables and eggs, a chrome mirror-finished stainless steel plate with a 73 x 40 cm cooking surface. The thermostat is adjustable between 50 and 300 °C and a temperature indicator light shows when the plate is ready to cook on; the unit is also protected against overloading.

Connection 400 V, 4.4 kW. External dimensions 735 x 525 x 240 mm, net weight 36.5 kg, gross 36.5 kg. It stands on rubber feet, and the stainless steel housing and removable drip tray make it easy to keep clean between services.
