Description

The Maxima Griddle is a countertop electric griddle for fast food outlets, restaurants and catering kitchens that need to grill meat, fish and vegetables quickly while keeping their flavour and vitamins. It has a grooved plate that sears grill marks into meat, fish and vegetables, a satin-finished stainless steel plate with a 35.6 x 38.5 cm cooking surface. The thermostat is adjustable between 50 and 300 °C and a temperature indicator light shows when the plate is ready to cook on; the unit is also protected against overloading.

Connection 230 V, 2 kW. External dimensions 360 x 450 x 220 mm, net weight 17 kg. It stands on rubber feet, and the stainless steel housing and removable drip tray make it easy to keep clean between services.
