The Sirman Grating Disc DT9 (SKU 40751DT09) is a 9 mm grating and shredding disc accessory designed for the Sirman TM series of vegetable cutters, including the TM AL COVER, TM IN COVER, TM TG, TM2 ALL and TM A models. With a 205 mm external diameter and a 19 mm fixing hole, it mounts securely and delivers consistent 9 mm shreds in high-volume prep environments.
Suited to pizzerias, hotel kitchens and catering operations, the DT9 handles mozzarella, cheddar and a range of vegetables with repeatable results — making it a practical everyday disc for stations where speed and uniformity matter.
