The Robot Coupe 28164 is a coarse grating disc for Robot Coupe food processors, designed for high-volume grating of vegetables, cheeses, and fruits through 7 mm holes. It is a genuine Robot Coupe replacement accessory compatible with a wide range of continuous-feed and bowl-cutter models, including the CL50, CL52, CL55, CL60, R502 Series, and R602V Series.
Suited to restaurant prep kitchens, hotel banqueting operations, and catering production lines, this disc delivers coarse, consistent texture in high-throughput applications — ideal for hash browns, gratins, coleslaw bases, and coarsely grated hard cheeses. Note that part number 28164 has been superseded by 28016W; confirm current availability when ordering.
