The Robot Coupe 5 mm Grating Disc is a stainless steel replacement disc for commercial food processors, delivering a medium-coarse 5 mm (3/16 in) grate suited to high-volume prep of cabbage, potatoes, hard and semi-hard cheeses, and similar vegetables.
