The Robot Coupe 3 mm Grating Disc is a stainless steel vegetable preparation accessory for Robot Coupe continuous-feed food processors, producing a medium-grade grate at 3 mm (1/8 in) hole size. It fits a wide range of Robot Coupe bowl-cutter and continuous-feed machines including the CL50, CL50 Gourmet, CL50 Ultra, CL51, CL52, CL55, CL60, R502, and R602VV — making it a versatile replacement or additional disc for busy professional kitchens.
At 3 mm, this disc handles tasks such as grating cheese, vegetables, and firm fruits to a consistent medium texture, well suited to high-volume prep in restaurants, hotels, catering operations, and food production facilities that already run Robot Coupe CL50, CL55, CL60, or R602 series equipment. Sold individually, it slots directly into the existing disc drive without additional adapters.
