Description
The WAS GN 91 is a stainless steel gastronorm tray in GN 1/9 format, designed for portioning, storing and serving in professional kitchens, bain-maries and buffet stations. At 65 mm deep and holding 0.6 litres, it is well suited to condiments, garnishes, sauces and small ingredients where counter space is tight.
Built from 0.7 mm stainless steel with a solid, non-perforated base, the GN 91 series fits standard GN-compatible hotel pans, cold wells and prep line inserts used in restaurants, hotels and catering operations. The overhanging rim seats securely into bain-marie frames and buffet stations, keeping the tray stable during service.
