Description

The WAS GN 91 is a stainless steel gastronorm tray in GN 1/2 format, built to EN 631 / ISO 2737 standards for universal compatibility with professional bain-maries, ovens, blast chillers and refrigerated counters. Its full, unperforated base makes it equally at home holding liquids, sauces and prepared dishes without leakage.
