The Roller Grill GES 40 is a professional single electric waffle iron for ice cream cones, drawing 1.6 kW and reaching up to 300 °C to produce a finished cone in just 25 seconds. Made in France, it features fixed cast iron plates and a stainless steel body built for the continuous demands of ice cream parlours, confectioners, tearooms and takeaway kiosks.
A commutator-thermostat with indicator lights gives operators straightforward temperature control, while the patented stainless steel wraparound drip tray — removable for fast cleaning — keeps the counter tidy during high-volume service. The unit ships ready to use with a wire brush, wooden rolling cone and timer included. Operators needing higher output can step up to the double-iron GED 40 from the same range.
