Pass-Through Hood Dishwasher, 2-Tank, 15 kW

The Jemi GS-105MEPS is a pass-through hood-type dishwasher for high-volume restaurant, hotel and catering kitchens, built entirely from AISI 304 stainless steel inside and out. It runs two independent wash tanks simultaneously, processing up to 1,920 dishes per hour in cycles as short as 60 seconds — making it a practical choice wherever throughput and reliability matter during peak service.

Sixteen fixed wash arms distribute water across both 500×500 mm baskets at once, while the integrated EPS steam condensation system recovers energy and claims around 25% energy savings compared to conventional operation. The MEPS configuration includes a digital thermometer, automatic hood lifting, drainage pump and detergent dosing unit as standard, with a self-diagnosis system to keep downtime to a minimum.
