The Lainox Fry Basket GN 1/1 is a stainless steel drilled/mesh grid container designed for oil-free cooking of pre-fried and frozen foods in Lainox combi and convection ovens, including the Naboo series. At 530 × 325 × 65 mm, it fits standard GN 1/1 oven racks and handles a load of up to 1.5 kg per basket — practical for batches of frozen potatoes, vegetables or pancakes without the need for an oil bath.
