Description
The Frucosol BC100 is an oscillating electric cooking machine designed for professional kitchens that need hands-free, continuous stirring during cooking. Running on 230 V / 50–60 Hz and drawing 1.25 kW, it reproduces the eccentric circular motion of manual pot stirring automatically, freeing kitchen staff for other tasks while sauces, creams, soups and similar preparations cook unattended.
Built from stainless steel, the BC100 suits restaurants, hotel kitchens, catering operations and any professional kitchen handling batch cooking. Side-mounted fasteners secure pots and pans of different sizes in place during oscillation, and adjustable feet keep the unit stable on any work surface.
