Description

VCV 7 is the cabinet that supports a mobile ice cream operation: it freezes the eutectic plates that keep the carts cold, running down to -38°C. With 327 L of capacity it holds a working set of plates so carts can be turned around between shifts rather than waiting on one freeze cycle.

It is a plug-in cabinet on R290 at energy class A, 655 × 910 × 1895 mm, and it works at -38/-24°C — colder than a storage freezer, because the plates have to be driven well below their phase-change point to hold overnight.
