Description

The Maxima 400 L upright freezer is a stainless steel reach-in for professional kitchens: a gross capacity of 400 litres (300 L net) with three height-adjustable shelves measuring 53 x 55 cm, suitable for 1/1 GN containers. Ventilated cooling with an integrated fan keeps temperature even throughout the cabinet, and a digital controller sets a range from -18 to -22 °C using CFC-free R290 refrigerant. The self-closing door has a heated, antibacterial rubber seal and locks with two keys, and LED lighting keeps the interior visible.

Connection 230 V, 0.45 kW. Four wheels, two with brakes, make it easy to reposition, and the unit is rated for ambient temperatures up to 40 °C. External dimensions 680 x 750 x 2010 mm, net weight 94 kg.
