Our framed double-sided preparation table is a made-to-order stainless steel worktable built for high-traffic kitchen prep areas in restaurants, hotels, catering operations and professional café kitchens. Manufactured at the Vitrum Factory in Berģi, Latvia, it features a 50 mm upstand on both sides to contain spills and keep surfaces tidy during service — a practical detail that pays off in busy brigade environments.
The standard worktop is stainless steel throughout; a plastic tabletop surface is available as an upgrade for kitchens that require a softer cutting-friendly finish. An optional lower shelf can be added to keep frequently used equipment within reach.
