Description
The FKI GL 9060 MAXI is a tabletop electric griddle for high-volume professional kitchens, delivering 9.0 kW across three independently controlled heating zones — each rated at 3.0 kW — over a smooth stainless steel cooking surface of 900 × 600 mm. Temperature is adjustable from 50 °C up to 300 °C via a dedicated manual thermostat per zone, giving the operator precise, simultaneous control over separate cooking areas.
Built from fully welded stainless steel with a built-in splash guard and two grease/fat drawers, the GL 9060 MAXI is engineered for continuous service in restaurants, hotel kitchens, and catering operations where hygiene and throughput both matter. Four adjustable legs keep it stable on any counter, and per-zone indicator lamps give an instant visual read of operating status.
