Description
The FKI GL 9010 is a turbomatic contact grill (clamshell) from the GL 9000 series, designed for high-throughput cooking of burgers, chicken fillets, and similar proteins in fast-food outlets, restaurants, and catering operations. Running on 400 V three-phase power at 11.0 kW total, it delivers fast, consistent results across both upper and lower frying pans.
The upper pan opens automatically via the motorised MLA-2 actuator, removing the need for manual handling and keeping service fast and safe. An electronic display lets operators programme cooking times and temperatures independently for the top and bottom zones, while the built-in Eco power-saving function reduces energy draw during quiet periods. The lockable display prevents accidental setting changes in a busy kitchen environment.
Built in stainless steel and fitted with a side-mounted grease drawer for straightforward cleaning, the GL 9010 is CE-marked under the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC and manufactured by FKI Fast Food Teknik A/S in Denmark.
