Description
The FKI GL 8R 45/2 is an electric countertop roller grill for continuous hot-dog and sausage service, featuring 8 rollers across two independently controlled heating zones. Each roller houses an internal heating element, delivering even, direct heat along the full length of the product — no cold spots, no uneven browning.
Two Simmerstat energy regulators, each with its own on/off switch, let operators run both zones at full load during peak service or dial back one side during quieter periods — a practical advantage for snack bars, convenience stores, cinema concessions, and quick-service food outlets. The compact 530 × 350 mm footprint fits easily on any counter, and the unit runs on standard 230 V single-phase power at just 1.25 kW.
Rollers are available in Teflon-coated steel, stainless steel, or oval profile to suit different product types and cleaning preferences — confirm the roller option at the time of order.
