Description
The FKI GL 6R 45/1 is an electric sausage roller grill from FKI's SRG-97 series, designed for continuous hot-dog and sausage service in snack bars, convenience stores, cinemas, sports venues, and fast-casual restaurants. Drawing just 0.95 kW at 230 V, it fits standard single-phase outlets and keeps running costs low even in high-traffic environments.
Six independently heated rollers — each with its own internal electric heating element — rotate product evenly for consistent browning without cold spots. A stepless analogue energy regulator gives operators precise, hands-on heat control, while the removable grease tray makes end-of-shift cleaning quick. Rollers are available in stainless steel, Teflon-coated steel, or oval profiles, so the unit can be configured for different sausage shapes and service styles.
