Description
The FKI GL 16R 45/2 is a countertop electric sausage roller grill with 16 rollers and 2.4 kW of power, designed for continuous hot dog and sausage service in cafés, convenience stores, snack bars, and stadium or event catering.
Its 16 rollers are split across two independently controlled heating zones, each with a stepless energy regulator, on/off switch, and indicator light — giving operators precise heat management and the ability to run one zone at reduced capacity during quieter periods. At purchase, buyers choose their roller type: standard stainless steel, Teflon-coated steel for easy release, or oval rollers suited to different sausage profiles.
A removable grease tray under the rollers simplifies cleaning between service runs. Running on standard 230 V / 50 Hz, the GL 16R 45/2 is a practical, low-footprint unit for any operation that needs reliable, high-volume sausage display and service.
