Description
The FKI GL 14R 45/2 is an electric roller sausage grill with 14 rollers across two independently controlled heating zones, drawing 2.15 kW at 230 V. Built in Denmark, it is designed for continuous front-of-house hot-dog and sausage service in convenience stores, stadiums, cinemas, cafés, and quick-service restaurants where consistent, visible cooking is a selling point.
Each heating zone is controlled by a dedicated rotary energy regulator with an on/off switch, giving operators precise heat management across the roller bed. A removable grease tray simplifies cleaning between service periods. The unit is available with stainless steel, Teflon-coated, or oval rollers to suit different product types and throughput requirements — confirm the roller configuration when ordering.
